At Elite Bully Empire, we take every precaution to ensure your puppy arrives safely, comfortably, and in excellent health. These Shipping & Delivery Terms explain how we handle transportation, what buyers can expect, and the responsibilities involved when shipping a puppy.
By purchasing a puppy from us and choosing shipping, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following safe and approved delivery options:
✈️ Ground Pet Transport (Preferred)
Your puppy is transported by a licensed, trusted, and experienced pet transporter who delivers your puppy directly to your door.
This method minimizes stress and ensures constant supervision.
✈️ Flight Nanny Service
A trained flight nanny personally flies with your puppy in the airplane cabin and hands the puppy directly to you upon arrival.
This option provides the fastest and safest air delivery.
📍 Local Pickup
You may also pick up your puppy directly from us at our location by appointment.
2. Shipping Availability
Shipping is available within the United States (and internationally if discussed and approved).
Availability depends on weather, scheduling, airline restrictions, and the puppy’s age.
We will not ship a puppy:
• Under 8 weeks of age
• If the puppy is showing signs of illness
• Into locations with severe climate restrictions
The safety of the puppy is always our top priority.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on:
• Location
• Transport method
• Flight nanny rates
• Time of year
• Additional travel requirements
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and must be paid in full before the puppy is released or transported.
4. Health Requirements for Shipping
To ensure safe transport, all puppies shipped will receive:
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Deworming
• Health check by a licensed veterinarian
• Health certificate (if required by the state or airline)
We will not ship a puppy that does not pass the vet’s health examination.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
By choosing shipping, buyers agree to:
• Be available at the agreed time/location for delivery
• Provide accurate contact information
• Inspect the puppy immediately upon arrival
• Notify Elite Bully Empire within 2 hours if there are any concerns
Failure to meet the transporter or flight nanny may result in additional fees at the buyer’s expense.
6. Seller Responsibilities
Elite Bully Empire is responsible for:
• Ensuring the puppy is healthy, clean, and properly prepared for travel
• Coordinating transport schedules
• Providing buyers with the transporter’s or nanny’s contact information
• Supplying all necessary documents (contract, registration if applicable, health certificate)
Once the puppy is handed over to the transporter or flight nanny, responsibility for safe delivery transfers to the transport company.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Shipping delays may occur due to:
• Weather
• Airline cancellations
• Transporter scheduling
• Mechanical or travel issues
Elite Bully Empire is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or conditions outside our control.
Buyers agree to be flexible and understanding when delays occur for the safety of the puppy.
8. Risk & Liability
Once the puppy is released to the transporter, nanny, or buyer, Elite Bully Empire is no longer liable for:
• Travel-related stress
• Minor illness caused by shipping (common in puppies)
• Delays
• Injury or loss caused by third-party transport companies
Buyers assume responsibility after the puppy is in transit.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Shipping fees are non-refundable once arrangements have been confirmed.
If the buyer cancels the purchase, the deposit and any shipping fees paid are forfeited.
